Project completion timelines are estimated based on current conditions. Delays caused by weather, material shortages, regulatory approvals, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Arundel Construction.

7. Quality & Materials

Arundel Construction commits to using industry-standard materials and workmanship. Materials may be substituted with equivalent alternatives if specified items are unavailable.

8. Safety & Compliance

All construction activities will comply with Sri Lankan building regulations and safety standards. Clients must ensure site safety conditions are maintained where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, plans, images, and content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Arundel Construction and may not be reused without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Arundel Construction shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, third-party actions, or force majeure events.

11. Force Majeure
